Uploading your photos is simple! You can upload directly from Instagram or your Camera Roll using our easy-to-use interface. You’ll also have the option to crop, edit, and preview your photos before finalizing your order.

2. What are the dimensions of the magnets?

Each magnet is square-shaped, measuring 2x2 inches (5cm x 5cm). They are the perfect size for decorating your fridge, office board, or any magnetic surface.

3. How many magnets are included in one set?

Each order comes as a set of 9 magnets. You can upload up to 9 different photos or use the same photo across multiple magnets—it's completely up to you!

4. What is the quality of the photo magnets?

Our magnets are printed using premium photo-quality technology to ensure vivid, bright colors and sharp details. They are meticulously cut for clean edges and designed to last, with durable materials that withstand daily use.

5. Can I preview my magnets before placing an order?

Yes! Our platform allows you to crop, edit, and preview each photo before completing your purchase. This way, you can be sure that your magnets will look exactly how you envision them.

6. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We typically process orders within 2-3 business days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor its progress. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. If your order is over $100 AUD, international shipping is free. Delivery times for international orders generally range from 7-21 business days, depending on your location.

8. Do you offer free shipping within Australia?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within Australia, no matter the size of your order. Orders shipped within Australia typically arrive in 2-5 business days.

9. Can I track my order once it’s shipped?

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Simply click the link to see the status of your order as it makes its way to you.

10. What if I need to change my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we can make the necessary changes. Email us at hello@quicksnapcorner.com for assistance.

11. Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you’d like to send magnets to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders.

12. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away at hello@quicksnapcorner.com. We’ll work with you to either resolve the issue or arrange for a replacement. Your satisfaction is important to us!

13. Can I return or exchange my magnets?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order, we are happy to provide a refund or replacement. Please reach out to us with any concerns.

Yes! Custom photo magnets make great, thoughtful gifts for family, friends, or special occasions. When you place your order, simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout, and we’ll send the magnets directly to them. 

15. What if I don't see my country listed at checkout?

If you don’t see your country listed during checkout, please reach out to us at hello@quicksnapcorner.com. We’ll assist you with a custom shipping quote or determine if we can ship to your location.

16. Are there any additional charges for international orders?

For orders shipped outside of Australia, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, or COD fees may apply upon delivery. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control, and we cannot cover them for you.
